vacuum tubing + Boost gauge question

I've got my boost gauge hooked up right now using a compression fitting T on the vacuum line heading to the ECU - this is with stock vacuum tubing.

The compression fitting T on two sides is the regular stock tube, and on one side converts down to 1/8" (which is the size tubing that came in my VDO gauge kit).

Anyhow long story short I need to replace the vacuum tube going from the intake manifold to the T right before my ECU - but all of the tubing kits I find use a thick outer diameter tubing that will not work in my compression fittings.

I want to replace all of the lines with the type of tubing that Lindsey sells, but I can't figure out how I can get the right fittings to connect to my VDO gauge.

I suppose I'd need a T, as well as a barb type screw on adapter to attach the vacuum line to the back of the gauge.

Problem here is, I don't know a) where to go to get this stuff b) What any of it is called. NAPA looks at me like I'm retarded...

Any help?

Try a local speed shop. They should have what you need.

I tried NAPA, and they didn't have squat. I actually got my gauge lines from Lotek (http://www.gaugepods.com/porsche.html), as they seemed to have the best price, and it had the T-fitting included.

Good luck,

Keith
