US 944 Turbo S VS Canadian 944 Turbo S What are the Diffrences??

I am woundering what the diffrences are in a US 944 Turbo S and a Canadian 944 Turbo S.

I found a 1989 Turbo S for sale in canada but it is not listed as a Turbo S.
It is a 1989 Car, Has the Turbo S wheels, Has the Turbo S door panels But has No airbags drivers or passengers and has the single rear seat (not the split 89 year model.

So im woundering is this a Actual Turbo S and canada just didnt require airbags?? Or is this someone that wanted a Turbo S and set this car up???

Look at the pics tell for yourself.

the turbo 'S' was an '88 only vehicle. after '88, all 951's were 'S' specifications. you need the VIN.

so, my point is that if it is an '89 turbo, it has to be an 'S'. if they won't give the VIN, walk away.

Its a Auction they dont have the right to give out vins so they have no choice. But I decided its too much trouble with customs paperwork and all.

that is odd. they are selling a car, how can they not give out the VIN? plus, if they advertise it as an '89 and then you find, via the VIN, it is not an '89, that is fraud.
