FS Safety Devices Bolt in Cage 944 / 968

FS Safety Devices Bolt in Cage 944 / 968 came out of my PCA race car and is in good shape. Bolt in and can be used with or without front legs and side diaganol. (will not split) Already has welded a seat back brace mount (brace not included)

costs new $1600 sold for $700 (less than half price). Includes rear mounts but leg mounting brackets would need to be bought from stableenergies.com. PICKUP only Westchester NY

blurb from manufacturer
Safety Devices 6 point competition bolt-in Bolt on door bars, harness bar and diagonal. This harness bar also incorporates shoulder harness guides which locate the shoulder harnesses on the harness bar.
The most obvious advantages with Safety Devices is the tight fitment to the interior and proper mounting points. The mounting points are typically to the Longitudinals or Boxed members, which gives you extra chassis stiffening (when using a full 6 point cage) by greatly reducing the longitudinal twisting of the chassis and also allows the fitment to be as tight to the interior as possible, therefore giving you the least intrusive cage on the market. Made from Cold Drawn Seamless tubing (CDS), Safety Devices six point competition cages are the finest in the world, made to the most exacting standards. Structures provide maximum compressive strength with the minimum possible bends so avoiding the weaknesses in sharp bends. The manufacturing methods involve a sophisticated production process which includes CAD design, laser cut components, computer controlled bending, jig built welding and finally phosphating and Satin Black polyester powder coating to produce the finest finish in the industry. The revolutionary 'saddle bracket' joint developed by Safety Devices is approved by the FIA, RAC, MSA. These cages are PCA Club Race approved.
