Either the DME chip or the KLR chip is bad... go back to square one and reinstall the original chips, make sure that the car starts, then install the DME chip and check to see if it starts. If it doesn't, it is the DME chip that is bad.

If it does start with the new DME chip, install the KLR chip and see if it starts. If it doesn't, it is the KLR chip.

Ok I just came back from getting new plugs. I go install them right now and try start the car with both original DME & KLR chips, which was working #1 before.

Well.. still no start with fuel in the spark plugs hole. All cylinders...

I drained the hole with a hose. But now I dont know what the problem should be.

Is the fuel rail installed properly and the injectors seated? Hate to ask, but fuel in the plug sockets sounds suspiciously like an injector leak

You REALLY need to see if you are getting spark. New chips are not going to throw excess fuel at it, there is excess fuel because you are not burning it.

Check for spark then post back.
