windshield washer problem

I have a problem with windshield washer.First it looked like it's loosing pressure for a few weeks then it has stopped.I removed the washer pomp, removed the electric motor, looked inside and found a lot of rust.I replaced the electric pomp and is still not working.
Does anyone now how to fix the problem or where to look.I looked in the service manual and didn't found anything that could help.

you may have some clogging in the water lines. try running some alcohol through it and see if it helps clear the clogs.
