Just managed to pick up an 86 951 for 8k. Its got 89k on it and is damn near full showroom condition! Everything works even the air! I think i got a good deal anyone else? What did everyone pay for theirs if they don't mind sharing.

88, 130k, bolt in cage, Big reds, fabcar A arms, adj Koni, 030 sway bars, camber plates, hyperco springs, Recaro seats, light weight clutch and flywheel, headers, 3" B&B exhaust and an extra set of Kinesis wheels.. $5K but it's been tracked and it's not pretty. I say you did all right if it's as nice as you say it is. Clean ones are hard to find.

thats not a bad deal either! I just always wanted a low mileage stock one. Happy to be on my 7th 944 at the age of 24 and finally a great 951!

88 Turbo S, Silver Rose, 98,000 miles. A couple of small dings, paint 8+, interior 5+, picked up a complete (F/R seats and door panels) 9+ burgundy plaid interior for $600...GT3 wheels, needed tires and belt job

$7000 (included shipping from Florida)....had to love the crashing economy at the time.

'88 turbo excellent condition, 85k, $10,000. (Purchased in 2002) Blew her up 3 years later. She's back on the road now!

I just picked up an 86 Turbo in Cincinnati. It cost me $6,000. It's in good shape mechanically. It needs a new rear wheel bearing and the AC needs to be charged. The interior cleaned up pretty nicely although the driver's seat needs to be recovered.
