951s brake swap onto 951

I am looking to swap 951s brakes onto my 951 and vise versa.

my understanding is I will need to swap spindals/rotors and calipers to complete this. am I missing anything?

flex lines same? etc

Instead of swapping the spindles, get these adapters..

Racer's Edge -- Racer's Edge Big Brake adapter blocks

Rotors and pads also, brake lines are the same.

Why would you want to put 951 brakes on a 951S?

If the 951 is an '86 then it's early offset and you've got more stuff to do. If '87+ then you'll be good doing just spindles out.

Flex lines are not the same between Turbo S and 951 brakes. You would need to swap those with the spindles and such.
