What gauges do you run?

Besides 85.5 dash the car currently has working oil temp, water temp, and oil pressure gauges. I'd like to remove them and uncover the center air vents.

I'd like to get down to 2 gauges in an A pillar pod (boost and afm) and THEORETICALLY run my old Edge CTS (from my last diesel truck) standalone to monitor EGT (pre wastegate), IAT (post IC), oil temp, water temp, oil pressure. Edge has a product line of stand alone probes and sensors to do all this without the OBD 2.

Has anyone used one of these units as a multi gauge before? We lack a lot of real estate for extra gauges. Even though I dislike the style of it, I am a fan not cramming gauges under dash, in the glove box, etc.

Unit is L & W smaller than my galaxy note. Is as thick as a deck of cards.

So... what gauges do you run? Where?

Boost and AFR in a custom panel i made for the right dash vent.
Under the radio i have a SPA dual water / oil temp gauge and a oil pressure gauge.
I briefly ran a 4 channel EGT gauge under the radio also, but ended up getting rid of it once i did the LS swap.

I think AFR, boost are the most important for a street car. For a car that sees any track use water temp, oil temp are really important to have also i think.. the factory gauges just arent very good and usually have some amount of grounding issues.

This is where I am now. Cage is coming out. That opens up A pillar for boost/afm. I love the little cubby under my radio

I think I'm going to pull the digital dash clock and put a female USB slot in its place.
