What is the stock wastegate body made from?

Greetings,

I need to get a longitudinal crack on the outside of one of the outlet bolt holes on a stock wastegate welded and was hoping that someone knew for sure what the wastegate body was made out of - I want to be careful about this since I know that some of the 951's exhaust parts use somewhat unusual (for a street car) materials.

nothing unusual, looks like cast iron. If repairs don't go well, I have a spare wastegate body. Yours for the cost of shipping.

Thanks. I appreciate it. I finally got a chance to weld it and it seems to have come out fine so I think I'm good to go.
