Missing FPR Vacuum Line?!
I don't know how I missed this when I purchased it, but one of the POs of my 87 951 apparently deleted the vacuum line to the FPR. I at first thought it must have fallen off, but I cannot find an open vacuum line anywhere near it. The rear banjo bolt vacuum port supplies to the damper and the others, but nothing to the FPR, Bosch 2.5bar, putting in 3 bar. I'm thinking I will have to add a t and line to the FPR as it seems to be completely missing.
Why would anyone do this? Seems risky to say the least. |

You would be running rich at idle and most points of your mapping.
There was just a "T" fitting used to connect to the FPR off the banjo bolt. There are a couple of vacuum routing diagrams around here you can use.

Rich at idle and lean on boost. T off the vacuum line that runs to the damper, the vacuum source has to come off the intake manifold.
