				Horn contact ring
			 
			Does anybody hPpen to have the metal contact part that goes on the steering column side  where the steering wheel makes contact for the horn?

			Sounds like you have an '86? There is a clockspring for the 87+ cars, as they have the airbags as stock.

			no actually an 87'. The thing is the PO installed a momo wheel but they didnt get the ring off th stock one I guess and also the part that stays on the car

			If the PO put a MOMO wheel on, then they had to disable the airbags somehow, or you would have your "!" light on. To get the horn to work, you will have to get a stalk assembly from an '86 car, which will have that copper 'tang' you are asking about. Just make sure to get the correct one (Cruise, Wipers with headlight washers/not).
