Angry Dumkopf

Got Maddog all back together, was just about to put oil into the car when I saw this piece lurking in the corner of the garage !!
Got left out and I can't I.D it. Would some kind soul enlighten me, so that I figure out how much stuff has to come back off to get this part in it's rightful place.
Thanks
Sox AKA Maroon (paraphrasing bugs bunny).

So you took apart that whole heat shield assembly? More work than was needed, IMO.

Glad you figured it out.

Hi Keith,
I was going to also do the AOS hence the heat shields, but decided not to do the AOS yet. This piece got left sitting in the corner....

You don't want to go there. You need to remove the turbo to get to those.

Had to take the fuel rail and the intake manifold off to get the heat shield in...
Set me back a day.

Man I hate it when that happens. Felt the same frustration when I had to pull the intake off 3 times for various "surprises".

Some people try to turn back their "odometers." Not me. I want people to know 'why' I look this way. I've traveled a long way and some of the roads weren't paved.
