Engine oil pressure on

1992 C2: Last month I have to cut the oil line from thermostat to oil tank reservoir; had new oil line installed with new oil filter, and car was running fine. Last week I did the valves adjustment then now after have driven 20-mile the oil pressure light turns on at
fully stop and as I start press on the gas and go the oil pressure light will turns off. As car in motion the oil pressure light will not turn on until car at fully stop. I also notice the oil pressure needle will return to "zero" at fully stop and the needle will move up to 4 or 5 marks" Oil pressure light does not turns on when first start the car. Did I introduce some rubbers and metals in my oil tank when cutting the oil line so I can remove the weeping oil line thus why the engine is telling me that oil pressure is low?
