front control arm monoballs problem
 

Hi everyone,

I have problem about the front control arm monoballs that I bought.
The noise is very loud and you can hear it when you drive even low speed.
This is brands new not second hand. I would like to know is it normal?
Have your guy ever seen something like this before? :confused:
Any idea please help.

Is it possible to put the name in here?
I try to contract them as well sending an email 4-5 times.
And still silent :confused::confused::confused::confused::
I not live in USA. It hard for me to call them.

I try to contact where I bought to claim but they seem to not answer me. Send mail to them 4-5 times and get nothing back.
I live in Thailand and I bought the bushing from USA.
I think, this bushing may have defect from the production.

Yikes that that is not safe.

I think yes the bore for the bearing housing is either too large or the adjustment is not correct.

Here are the original MODE Inc brand and instructions.. same since 98!
