How to remove rear fuse box cover?
I accidentally put some blue Loctite fluid on the studs for the rear fuse box for my 964.
Now I cannot get the studs out because the nuts just turning around as I am trying to turn the studs. What is the best way to get those stuck studs out so I can get to the fuses in the engine compartment? Thank you so much in advance for tips |

I cross threaded one and had to drill into the box and nut to hold it so I could back the stud out
If you have got all of them "loctited" it may be best to remove the plastic stud head, remove the lid and work the stud out

I thought about cuttingup the box cover then buy a new/used cover. But your idea is much better providing that the stud are not too expensive. Yes, stupid me that I put a drop of lactite on all of those studs. Thanks again |
