door wont open with lever inside

door wont open from passnger side .took the card off but the bar had popped off at the lock end tried for a couple of hours but just couldnt get my hand inside and pop it back on is there an easier way

If the rod end popped off, the linkage clip is probably broken. You will need a new door lock clip Part#993-531-563-00-OEM. It's a tight spot so small hands is an asset here.

would it be easier to loosen the lock unfortunatley no small hands

You may need to remove the door lock assembly item #24 and push both rods into the clip item #23 before putting it back in.

i think your right as i cant get my hand in the small space and pop the clip in

Yes, only three M6 oval-head screws outside on each door and catch it from the inside

well yesterday finally got it done . loosened off the door lock after borrowing a freinds impact driver .and undone the bolts of the window frame . it still took me over 1 hour to get the clip in straight without bending or breaking the lugs which hold it in . then clipping the bar in was another process of getting a screwdriver behind so the actuall holder didnt flex and finally that pop of the bar going in was almost as good as an orgasm . what a poxy poxy job . but done .thanks for the advice
