993 slave cylinder or clutch?
I’m the new owner of a 95 993. 87k miles. Former owner repair documents are sparse but car was well loved. Pss10s, fister phase 2, short shifter, etc... The clutch is the issue. Sometimes sticky between gears until warm. Clutch grabs nicely off the floor. No leakage near slave or master cylinder. Fluid flush at 79k miles. Wondering if symptoms are more of a slave cylinder issue or time for a new clutch.

I changed the clutch assembly and the DMF on my 1993 around that mileage. It was not slipping but the cross shaft for the fork was binding because of the dry needle bearings. It was getting heavier and annoying every day I drove it.
When I pulled the cross shaft, it was worn from the dry bearings. |
