How does Andial modified 993 Turbo....

affect the selling price of a '96 993 Turbo vs a totally stock 993 Turbo?

Depends on what buyer is looking for. More performance is a plus if looking for a driver / unique trinket at Cars & Coffee. Non stock for a collector type, probably less. Would expect a mod'd car for perforce to have been "driven" over "stored". Maintenance, other modes, and miles will be the bigger decider on price impact.

Most mods are a lost leader, their initial cost is rarely recovered, but if done properly and tasteful (eye of the beholder) they may not negatively impact value (especially if can be undone if needed). Rudy-fied vs RWB are two examples in the US 993 market.

BAT seems to to be the arbitrator for such questions.

Andial is legit, though. Part of Porsche heritage now. Is it an Andial modified car?

To echo what's already been said, it would be worth less to a collector but more to an enthusiast.

The engine displacement was bumped up from 3.6 to 3.8, ANDIAL installed 102mm Mahle pistons and ported cylinders heads, along with the Carrillo connecting rods. Using additional OEM parts, they added twin ignition along with euro RS cams. The turbo system was upgraded to GT1 Turbos, along with the sport intercooler.
