Good experience with M030 sway bar purchase with Werks911

I would like to share a very positive purchasing experience with Werks911. I ordered a Porsche 993 M030 rear sway bar from their website for $220 and paid for it 3 days ago.
I received an email confirmation about the purchase right after, and I proceeded to order bushing for the sway bar.
While I was happily dreaming about the upgrade, I received an email from John. The email explained the error in pricing (supposed to be $370) and apologized about the mistake.
For Werks911, it would be quite easy to just cancel the order and move on, but John went a step further and offered me a discount of 15% AND free shipping.
I happily took the offer and I really like to thank John and Werks911. Again, they could have just said sorry and canceled the order, but they took the time to explain and offer me a discount which is a very good customer service experience.
COVID is making retail business very difficult so keep up the good work.
