930/901 Fan housing on 964 Case
Perhaps this has been covered before, seems my search skills wont help me find it so I'll ask here:
I have a 964 engine long block that has no fan, fan housing or shroud. I have lots of 930 / 911 / 901 shrouds and some fan housings with alternators. Having a hard time finding a 964 shroud, fan, fan housing and alternator. My question: can I retrofit the 964 long block with a 911/930 shroud, fan housing, fan and alternator. Has anyone does this. Alternately any 964 shround, fan housings, fans, alternators out there? Yarko |

I can't say for sure without part numbers but the 94 turbo 3.6 used the same shroud and similar fan to the 930. If it fit the M64.50 and M30.69 engines it should fit the M64.01/02 engines. I don't think the alternators would be compatible but that you would have to look into.
