993 oil pressure high over 9.6 bar at 5000rmp

High oil pressure 1995 993 At first was blowing a oil pressure sensors once a year but the oil pressure gage was reading regular until last year when I put the car away. So I have switched oil filter brands, replaced both oil pressure relive piston/spring. I have made shore the bottom one is put back together correctly. I have NOT changed oil velocity or brands Im running Amzoil 5W40. I have a mechanical gage hooked up so Im reading pressure off the gage.I know the bottom relive valve should open at 5.3 Bar 76.87 PSI side relive valve open at 9 Bar 130 PSI. I have pulled the plugs/fuel relay turning the engine over got 18 PSI 1.24 Bar.I have 190 psi compression across all cylinders.I have removed the supply/return oil lines from oil tank check for clogging and when car running squeezed the rubber hose checking for pressure build up .Start up could 70 PSI 4,8 Bar,Idle with oil warm 40 PSI 2.75 Bar,2000 RPM 110 PSI 7.5 Bar,3000 RPM 120 PSI 8.3 Bar,4000 RPM 130 PSI 9.6 Bar

Im still having this High oil pressure issues. Not shore if anyone would have a idea off what it could be ? Blocked journey in the crankshaft is what Im leaning towards. Im planing to pull the engine this fall and strip it down to the crank.
