Oil stop leak additive for 933

Hi Team,
I was wondering if anyone had advice on if there is a suitable oil additive for slowing the annoying oil leaks in my 933.
I see a number of products which claim to rejuvenate seals and O rings. Has anyone had any success with any particular product?

Cheers

Where are the leaks coming from?

Personally I would live with the leaks before adding any type of additive to the engine.

Have replaced the timing gaskets, Valve covers and valve cover gaskets. The only annoying leak is probably one of the rear crank case through bolts. I'm just wanting to slow it up a bit.

Cheers

+1 against additives. Hopefully an actual Porsche specialist mechanic will chime in but I've never heard a recommended additive brand or any recommendation at all for that matter.

Just say no...

Given the nature of the oiling system for the 911 air cooled engine and lifters, gumming up a gap in a seal or gasket to try and stop a leak cold as easily gum up an oiler passage / drain, do not use such "get me down the road" snake oil in a 911 engine. Just drive it and enjoy it (as many do) adding oil as needed, fix it properly, or sell it for a profit.

I did add Engine Honey "magic" to a 1948 Ford 8N tractor once... and these motors are not Ford 8Ns

Try this instead, for the same money as "snake oil", but with better results:

You can try the Liqui Moly "Oil Saver". Basically it does what the High Mileage motor oil do in that it has extra seal conditioners in it. It may have even more since it recommends to use just one once and not on a continual basis.
