Do all 993 cabs leak water in rain?

I've been looking to replace my 90 C4 with an early 993... but all of the ones I've looked at leaked some water in rain. As I drive all year round - and live in New England and often have to park outside - I'd really like one that stays dry. Most owners I've spoken to who were selling admitted to some water pooling up in the back passenger floor. Please only reply if you have left your car in heavy rain or take it through car washes.

I know a few guys here in Hong kong with 993 cabs who dont have leaks (at least they'll admit too).

And yes, we do get a fair amount of heavy rain here, especially during typhoon season.

Good luck with your search.

My 993 Cab doesn't leak... but then again it only rains one day per year here. Why not just throw a cover over it? The rain is harder than hell on the car anyway.

It will be garaged most of the time except when I'm out and don't want to deal with covers.
