Question Ride height

I have an 85 M491 and it's ride height is 24 7/8 in front and 24 1/2 in back but this is not a problem I have a 94 C2 Cab that sits like a snow plow. The distance between the top of the front tire and the fender arch must be 3", or more. I plan to have the 964 lowered shortly ( after I sort out some problems with the M491)

What is a functional ride height for the 964?

Car poor in Redlands!

Larry
