GT2 in Rockville, Maryland this morning
I was at a gas station with my son and spotted a good looking black water cooled Porsche across the street, waiting in traffic. As I pointed it out to my son, the car grew tired of the traffic and drove through the station. Back tail was different, yellow brakes, and as it pulled out of the station I was able to discern the GT2 badge.
I noticed they were temporary tags. I also noticed that he gunned it as he pulled out of the station, and almost lost control. He nearly drove into the line of traffic on the opposite side of the street. Guess it was too much car for him. Couple of questions. Isn't the GT2 all wheel drive? Is is that easy to loose control of one? Secondly, the car had a lot of snap, crackle and pop as it went through the station. Kind of like a Turbo that was running rich. Is that a common sound for a GT2? Would be fun to drive one of those some day. ____________________ Jaxon |

996 GT2 is RWD, that's way it's a beast to drive.
