964 c4 Wheel lug nuts
I got some new rims & tires from
Ernies Wheels, Nice! But Porsche Service Dept. charged me $251 to fix the overtightened lug nuts by a local auto shop. P.S.D. said to use something like locktight and not so hard. how many ft. lbs. tight? Help Me! Stacy |

With older 911's, The figure has been discussed heavily on the 911 Tech board and most people use b/w 85 and 100 ft lbs, and I use abot 90. If you want an exact figure do a search for "lug nut torque" on the 911 tech forum.
