964 Targa Roof Door Window and Seal Adjustment

Hi, The windows on my 90 Targa were severely offline causing large uneven gaps.

I have started adjusting them which is quite a learning curve, my question is does the top of the window seal against the inner part of the outer seal or between the inner and outer seal (I presume the outer part of the first seal flops over the glass)

Please see attached image.

Yellow line is the outer seal that sits outside the glass, Red line is the inside edge of outer seal, blue is the outside edge of the second seal, the seal with the holes for retaining screws

Should the glass seal against the red line or the blue line, or in the gap between both seals sealing against the second seal?

I hope this makes sense.
