90 C2 and Location of final stage regulator FSR (blower resister)

After a prgression of DIY testing, it appears that the final stage regulator (FSR) is faulty in this 90 C2. The front blower motors continue to run with the key removed and with the CCU removed. Pulling the fuse or disconnecting the battery is the only way (reasonable way) to stop the fans from blowing. I have located an FSR from a supplier but I want to verify that the fans stop when the current FSR is removed.

Can someone tell me where the FSR is located and if there are any particular requirements to remove it?

Thanks - Loren
