996 coolant leak

A friend in New Mexico is having a problem with
coolant leaking from the pass. side exhaust.
I own air cooled Porsche, so I'm of no help.
He said the the car is running fine, but the other
day the temp. got to 210.
My question is, what is the normal driving temp on
a 95 degree day. And is there a coolant overflow
that could get on the exhaust. The coolant is still
green dripping off the tailpipe, so I don't think it's
coming through the engin.
What do you guys think?

Common coolant leaks from theses engines are from a crack in the
coolant reservoir or from the water pump, both of which would be
leaking from the drivers side. So it will be important to pinpoint the
exact location of the leak. It is also possible that it could be leaking from the head gasket or a coolant pipe on the right side. Normal operating temp is between 180 and 220 depending on driving conditions. Have checked by a Porsche technician. Mike

Is this on the inside of the exhaust or the inside?

This is a huge part of the answer.......
