Need Input on PCA!
Need Your Input on PCA national and local chapters. I was wondering what your impression was on PCA in general and your local chapter in particular?
Do any of you get involved in the events? What do you think of PANORAMA? How about your chapter’s monthly mag? What would you like to see PCA national and regional chapters change?

Mike,
Was in PCA several times over the last 8 years. Just like any organization you will get exactly what you put into the club. Certainly there are benefits-the tech sessions are useful. I found my local chapter a little snooty . I am not a present member. ![]()

There are a lot of plus in joining PCA. For $42/yr you get Panorama which is great, and a regional newletter, which varies. Some are real high quality and others are just newletters. But they do offer up local events, meet-ups, fun runs, and so forth, which makes it worthwhile in my book.
I usually do a couple of things sponsored by PCA and then Road Rallies sponsored by SCCA (which I haven't joined yet). |

Completely depends on the chapter too.
Our PCA went from good to horrid - and is now up to 'excellent'. Leadership went through some bad apples -

Tend to agree with Larry. If you are active they can be fun but otherwise its kinda just about getting Pano.

A BIG Amen to that! A great way to learn to drive at the track.
