Removing 02 sensor?

wondering if I could get some help, instructing me as to the removal of the 02 sensor on a 1995 993? Thank you for your help!

They aren't too difficult - you will definately need some means of getting the car up in the air a bit though.

The connectors for the sensors are up in the engine compartment - on either side at the front of the engine (rear of the car) they are large, rectangular connectors.

Undo the connector, and push the rubber grommet through thh engine tin - then go under the car and remove the sensor - you will need a 22mm wrench to remove it. You will probably need some sort of penetrating oil to break through the corrosion. (PB Blaster works well)

Do not use anything containing silicone around the oxygen sensor.

You will have to remove the engine undertray and it's mounting bracket to get to the O2 sensor.
