Bought a '99 996 with 13,500 miles as a daily driver (great pricies out there if you are a buyer, sorry if you are a seller). Wanted 18" turbo twists but did not want to spend big bucks as wife already pissed with two P-cars in the garage.
Bought some very used RH 18" Turbo Twists on Ebay for $400 including shipping, $80 for Wurth's Silver and Clearcoat, $200 to a local PCA member for four P-Zeros with 7/32 tread off his Boxster S, $100 for mounting and balancing, glazing putty, and sandpaper and about five hours of labor. Sorry the pics arent better, my good digital battery is dead. Needless to say they look great.

What type of clearcoat did you use?

Jason,
I used the Wurth Silver and Clearcoat. Make sure to use lots of Prep-sol between sanding and painting. Any dirt will ruin the finish. As I did this in my garage some dust was inevitable. Used 1500/2000 grit sandpaper followed with buffing compound and wax to complete the finish. The finish is not perfect but looks great at 10' (like my wife's) and it saved me $150/wheel for my spare set. Glenn
