Haven't taken my car to either as of yet- but Don Jackson or Stuttgart Southwest come highly recommended from those in the club.

Thanks Zack,
Just so I am clear, is Don Jackson with Stuttgart Southwest or are they two separate choices? Thanks, Steve |

Two separate places- Don Jackson Enterprises is the full name. Also Autobahn Autosport in Gilbert, but he's more for BMW's although he says he works on Porsches as well.

I'll second the Don Jackson recommendation.

Don Jackson is the best. I have been taking my car over there for 10 years now through good and bad times. And NEVER I mean NEVER have I felt that I was being over charged or underappriciated as a customer. I love that place.
D.J. , Don Jackson's son runs the show now. Don Jackson is ill right now and fighting some type of cancer but from what I understand he has beaten it and is now on the road to recovery. They will even install your own parts if you bring them in and they will stand behind their work. The best part is they are experts with all porsches and in fact Don told me that he started working on porsche's in 1968 and he tought D.J. everything he knows. I used to drive there when I lived in Sedona and then when I lived in Tucson. Finally, I live in phoenix so I just drop it off and I'm set. If your lucky whey you drop it off you will get to meet Don Jackson, usually he is sitting at the front desk and will talk porshces to you for hours freely giving out all of his knowledge. Good luck and hopefully you won't spend to much time over there. ![]()
