Help please window electric motor replacement
 

Hi there, Many thanks for taking the time to read my question.
I have had my car inspected and been told that I need a new motor for my electric window, the problem is that I obviously can't see it in the door, I have removed the door panel.
Does anyone know the easy way to remove the old motor and the easy way to fit the new one please?
My pride and joy is sat on the drive without a door panel and no music, please help me, Many thanks Chris
