Bump. As a side note: it's the module that has a plastic encasing, brass drive gear, the worm gear and bushing..
Thanks

What's wrong with your current one?

My current one is locking up the spoiler in the middle of it going up or down. I removed the plastic encased gear box and split it to find the brass gear that interacts with the worm gear chewed up, maybe 4-5 teeth. There are good picks of this at www.p-car.com
It's been opened up before by the previous owner and it looked like it was missing a small bushing at the end of the worm gear. I've got a contact in Europe but they want 170.00 fot the set up, still looking....

I was curious if you knew about the need to replace the bushing, but that sounds like it is not the solution anymore (chewed up gear teeth). Do you have the part number?

If so, I'd obviously check Pelican for their price and also check Sunset (ask for the Excellence discount -- cost + 15% + actual shipping).
