Does my '95 993 have a WOT switch?

I see a variable-potentiometer type TPS mounted on the throttle body, but no WOT switch.... I can't find one on PET either.

I'm using ScanTool to read the Motronic OBD signals, and I see 0.5-4.5V sweep with changing throttle position, but the WOT indicator in the software never turns on. Did Porsche remove the WOT switch after the 964?

Thanks,
Colin

Colin,

From a viewpoint of conjecture rather than knowledge....

I think the WOT switch is for the Tiptronics (KickDown).

Not sure what use it would have on a Manual?

Clive.
