My first C4 project
 

When I bought my 92 C4 a few weeks ago they told me that the guy that detailed the car had broken the Carrera emblem off the engine lid. Sure enough the advertising pictures did show the logo as being intact only a few days before and now the C was broken off.

I ordered a replacement off evil bay and just had an opportunity to install it.

Here is what it looked like after I peeled off what was left

Then I used a small sewing screw driver to gently scrape of that spongy sticky crap.

And finally applied the new logo after washing what was left off. Needs a wax but looks much better now. :)
