993 Battery Drain

I am on a mission to fix the battery drain in my 96 C4. I have a 100ma drain without the alarm turned on. If i do a drain test with a meter, I notice that 95% plus of the drain is coming from the larger size positive lead on the battery (starter lead). Does this lead go directly to the starter? Does the rear fuse panel tap off it? I have not pulled any of the engine bay fuses yet.

I also assumed the smaller lead on the positive terminal was for the front fuse box and ignition. Is that true? Also, I pulled every fuse, one by one, on the front fuse panel and did not see a difference..

Any thoughts would be great.
