993 lifter questions

ok I have pulled the rockers from the motor.

My question how do you pull the lifters out of the rockers without damage? they seem pretty tight in there.

I am sure there is a simple answer, just wanna be careful =)

They are just held in by oil and an O-ring. If you're changing them out, just twist and pull with plyers
