SoK Superchargers

After completing my 3.6 rebuild I was getting a little bored...

So I managed to pick up a used 'Superchargers of Knoxville' setup for my 964.

Has anyone on here installed one of these? Anybody have the original installation instructions or other information?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Kirk

Not sure about the instructions from that kit in particular but a similar kit is available from TPC and they have an instruction manual available on line in PDF format. Site is at click here
Or you can Sell it to me

By the way where did you locate that kit as I've been searching for a used supercharger kit for a while now. Good find!

The reason the TPC kit is SOOO expensive is they use a very nice brand new Eaton/Magnuson M90 supercharger which will empty your wallet in the area of all most $3500! I just bought a Eaton M90 on ebay for.......$29! Rebuild kit.......$100 They should sell just the intake and piping kit for $2,000. Just my 2 cents.
Oh and sorry for hijacking your thread!

I did install a few, back in the late 90's, they did work pretty good, the fabrication was pretty good. That piggy back is from Doug Wallis at EFI in Georgia, I will check if I have some instructions, someplace around, you can check with Doug, he might be able to help. As I remember the install was a straightfoward issue, the blower is a Wipple, not bad at all., Candy.

I found this setup on ebay here in canada. It was removed from a 92 964. Apparently its about 2 years old.

It hasn't arrived yet, when I get it I will take more detailed pictures and measure the pullies, etc.

I think this setup from SoK was lower boost. They didnt lower the compression on the car it came off of. I'm not sure if they used the stock injectors though.

are these simply bolt-on kits? no change in p/c for different compression required? what kind of change in horsepower/torque have people seen on actual dynoes? a local fellow has a paxton i think on a 996; he claims 420 hp.
