Rear seat lap belt riding high on tall 7-year old

I'm looking at a 993, but there's an issue with my daughter in the rear seat. She's out of the booster seat requirement, but the seat belt latch is so long that the lap belt ends up going across her stomach/chest. I did try a zoom seat (just in case) but it won't work because it pushes her into the roof.

Is there a shorter replacement latch or a way to secure the stock latch in the forward position?

Or, would it be better to remove the seat bottom and just use the zoom seat (if that'd even work)?
