Center cap removal tool?

Is there a tool made to remove the painted center caps on the rims?
I see there are two holes on the cap, so iassume there must be a tool that fits.
Any ideas where the tool may be purchased from?
I really hate to use a small screwdriver for fear of scratching the cap and or rim.
Thanks,

There is a guy that makes and sells a tool, don't have the number here, but it is really simple:

Take some stiff wire (like a coat hanger) and bend into a U shape. At each free end, bend the wire 90 degrees, about 1/8" long. That's it.
