Half Heat (ish) Question

Yes I've been reading Roly's excellent article, and armed with recently gleaned information, popped off the plastic cover revealing those Five servos.

My car has A/C which possibly explains why the layout below is different from what I was expecting,
extra plumbing and sensors make checking moving parts that bit more difficult, but prised off the 'near side' or cold side of cars
gaiter and manually operated it, as the servo appears not working,

checked in cabin, and heat indeed does now puff out onto windscreen and side vent great...

not feeling much heat in footwell though,
either with defrost selected or no,

where should I look now,
I understood manually doing that servo's job prompted heat both up & down.

thanks everyone

You got two options. 1 your Servos are shot and 2 your CCU is shot. You can check the second possibility by swapping a CCU with another 964. If the servos do not seem to work, you can actually take them apart and clean or - worst case - replace them. It really is a process of elimination.

unhooking last but One servo (viewed from front)
and manually pulling cable taut,
certainly directs heat up onto inside of screen.

Do you happen to know if that should also warm feet as well? or would that be a separate issue.

any help gratefully received as always
