Resonance Flap Shaft Leak?
I did a search and found little.
I suspect a vacuume leak on mine, but haven't tested it yet. This is on a plastic throttle body unit. I have a slight hunting at idle but that could be caused by several things. I assume a vacuume leak could be one. What are the symptoms and I hope someone has come up with a DIY cure. This seems like a potential weak link on older engines. Thanks for any help!

Spray some carb cleaner on the suspected vacuum leak while the engine is running. If the idle changes, you know you have a leak. If not, you’re good.

I'll confirm as soon as I get the chance, but I'm pretty sure there is a leak.
It's pretty easy to remove and replace the part, but I'm looking for some ideas if anyone has had related symptoms and if there are any fixes other than replacement.
