Window switch replacement
Do I need to remove the entire door panel to replace the passenger window switch? If not, how do I remove the switch without damaging the leather?

It's a simple plug 'n play. Simply pry the switch away from the panel, disconect the wiring, connect the new switch and push it back into the panel. I can get by just using my fingers, but if you're having a tough time prying it loose, use a plastic putty knife or a screwdriver wrapped in a towel.

I just did mine last week, with a new switch from our host. Simply remove the top section (screws are on the ends) and pry the panel from the front. (I used my hands) Push the old switch out the front of the panel, unplug from the harness and reverse assembly. I'll say it takes 3 minutes....

Like Jason said, you don't need to remove the panel. Just gently pull/pry the switch out of it.
