What are these parts?

It is hard to tell from the camera angle, but those look like rocker panel supports?

I was thinking that as well but they seemed kinda short for that. They are cleary bent and it makes me wonder.

I mostly just lurk here as I'm more of a "future owner" than a current one, but it sure looks to me as though there's something that ought to be connected to at least a few of the points circled in red. Of course, I'm just guessing, but that's what looks wrong to me.

It was the two in the middle that I was referring to. This is the underside of a 90 C4...I was also thinking it might be for the engine undertray (which is gone from what I gather in other photos).

Yep they are engine under tray brackets. No worries. Keeps the engine cooler.
