964 not starting

hi everybody

i have a 1992 911 C2. it cranks and cranks but does not fire. i have limited mechanical knowledge but would like to DIY this fix. i would greatly appreciate any advice on where to look/what to do.

Do you have gas?
Assuming it's not Alarm related (aftermarket stereo, etc.), the DME Relay is the first typical culprit.
