removing the clutch pedal whats involved

need to replace me peadl mounting bracket for a new onw as it seems t have cracked.
i need to remove the clutch predal, in doing so do i need to remove the clutch hydraulic piston, if so do i need to drain the clutch fuid and where exactly is this done from.
once the job is done do i need to bleed the brakes as well

I was able to work the kinemetic update without bleeding the systems. I seem to remember that I removed the hydraulic cylinders in the pedal assembly but kept the lines intact. Perhaps the same strategy could work on your project.

You should not need to disconnect the hydraulic line from the clutch cylinder to remove it from the pedal cluster. If you don't introduce air into the system, no need to bleed. But bleeding it really isn't a big deal once you have the car in the air.

From my previous clutch pedal assembly/master cylinder replacement work, you don't have to undo the fluid lines to remove the clutch master from the pedal assembly.
