Winter driving
I am looking for some insight from poeple who drives their C2 or C4 through the winter (snow)? Possibly looking at buying a C4 specifically for all year, daily driving with a tip (wife). Selling my current 928S and want to move on...considering a Boxster, but the 2 seats limits my family outing possibilities, so 4seats it will be...I think.
Any thoughts, suggestions or comments? Thanks, Mat

Winter Driving
I live in New England and drive my C4 throughout the year. I use Bridgestone Potenza all season tires. The car does well in light and packed snow, no problems.
Snow depth/clearance will be your limiting issue. |

I've had my C4 in Colorado for 7 years - taking it snowboarding in powder, etc. Does great with Michelin Pilot A/S. I've driven it in 12 inches of fluffy snow. The locking diff is a life saver.
I've high centered on an ice bar only once (about a 9 inch rut). |
