Easy way out or not?

Hello, I found this on ebay today and would like some opinions. If you guy's think this would be a good deal for me or not. I have a 73RS engine in a '74 911S body. There is extensive rust on my car, yet a body-man friend said he could fix it, but offered no idea as to cost. Check out this link

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1974-PORSCHE-911-ROLLING-CHASSIS-RS-CLONE-SUNROOF_W0QQitemZ140312633945QQcmdZViewItemQQptZMo tors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories?hash=item14031263 3945&_trksid=p4506.c0.m245&_trkparms=65%3A1%7C39%3A1%7C240%3A1318

Does anyone think this maybe the way to go for a mechanically impaired pelican. Thanks in advance.

Well, if your rust work is less than 3 grand you might have something. You also need paint and the countless amount of little pieces to finish this car.

You might get more response on the 911 forum.
